Okay, so i've been regularly hitting low 40's in my 3x3 with 2 hands and decided to give OH a go.

First few solves i had to work out my algs as i wasnt used to going this slow but then it got easier.

I was just wondering if anyone has any useful advice on the best way to hold the cube and any videos on the subject of learning or practicing OH.

Thanks,
Andy

i'm in the exact same position as you
but the cubes i have are either too stiff to turn quickly with one hand
or can't cut corners,

btw AWESOME shop

use the forum search there are plenty of topics covering this

I have searched and all i can find is arguments over none OH related stuff and then in the threads there arent any answers to the questions.

Thanks for the support on the shop, and if you have found any useful OH threads or sites etc please post them =D. My cubes are the same, my FII is too fast and all my other cubes (about 9) are too stiff or uncomfy to use.

Sooo... Any1 know which cubes would be good for OH??

I use Brian Loftus' videos almost exclusively for OH, both in his website and youtube. I also try out some algorithms using <RU> from Wiki.

well its just:
-index for U and U' and pinkie for R and R'
-do z to make L moves
-make clean turns
-and of course the p word

you shouldnt start learning lots of OH algos. its not worth... i use only 3 or 4 and average sub20
