When she's done with f2l she goes from p-shape to small lightning bolt to sune, then proceeds to do what appears to be a one-look PLL. This makes no sense whatsoever.

What? That P shape was formed while she was still doing F2L.

I like the idea of using that to remember what to do. It's a really good idea! I did similar things when teaching my (much older) daughters.
