7x7x7 finishing centers trouble

Well I got to a point with the last two centers on the 7x7x7 where I've gotten stuck. I've watched all the videos about it and I either don't grasp the concept or they move too fast for me to understand what is actually going on. I got the 6x6 and 7x7 yesterday and I did the 6x6 centers fine intuitively but I cannot figure out how to finish the last two centers that I have on the 7x7. Whenever I attempt to do it it either ends up in the same position, or the cube gets messed up and I need to return it to it's original position.

B is blue which is on my top face and Y is yellow which is my front face. Can anyone post an algorithm that would solve this? I would greatly appreciate if any of you did.

Thanks.

l is only the slice of the piece that needs to be changed, r can be a double layer turn but only 2 layers (not the 3rd layer like l)

Learn how it works, it can pretty helpful in a lot of cases.

Thanks. The first time I did it I accidentaly was holding the yellow face on top and green in front. >.<

But anyway it worked which is great, and I assume it will work in reverse if the piece was on the other side.

Don't think of it as reverse. The same idea can be applied to any last two center pieces if they are like setup like the picture you showed, meaning both of the faces have the incorrect piece in the same position. Play around with the alg for different center piece types but always think of it in the same way and not reversed.
