Tighten it just enough so harsh turns don't cause pops, then lots of lube. I've been breaking it in more and more with sighted solves with comms and doing things like 3x3x3 and 2x2x2 solves on it, but I think if I clean it out and resticker it with half-brights (= effort) I could take another minute or two off this.

EDIT: in fact, I just squirted an even bigger blob of lube into it and it learns like a beast, maybe I should've done that before starting :/
