5x5 popping

Hi,
I got a Rubik Studio 5x5 a month ago, and it moves well, until now. Now everytime i solve it it pops at least 5 times, more than 5 pieces come out, so does anyone know how to reduce popping on a 5x5? also are the center caps on the 5x5 removable and screws adjustable like a studio 3x3? Any help would be appreciated, thanks

This happened to a friend's 5x5x5... It was not a Studio cube, but the only thing he could do was get a replacement... Luckily Toys R Us was willing to give him a free one.

Ton Dennenbroek has suggested Seventowns that they should start selling Rubik's 5x5 DIY-kits, because the current 5x5 cubes don't have adjustable screws (except for Eastheen, but I like Rubik's better)

Rubik's Studio only produce 3x3's in Hungary.

The Studio Revenge and Professor cube are just the same as the rubiks.com cubes, because they both come from the same factory...
