4x4 where?

Nice sense of humour in this thread...

To answer to pablobaluba, this is what joel wrote in his very nice introduction to beginners:
Where can I buy puzzles?

http://www.rubiks.com sells a lot of twisty puzzles. I can highly recommmend the DIY kits for speedcubing.

http://www.mefferts.com also sells a lot of nice puzzles. Free shipping to anywhere in the world!

http://www.e-bay.com. Some cubers have luck with finding good puzzles on e-bay. I don?t have any experience with this at all... So all I can say is: good luck with searching, and be careful with buying. Look at the sellers message, and other auctions, and try to estimate if he or she can be trusted.

This is what people in this forum think:

This is what I think:
just try www.cube4you.com

i read the beginners thread...i was asking above specifically for the rubik's new 4x4x4 and 5's. rubiks.com takes a lot to ship world wide, mefferts doesn;t have rubiks and cube4you either...anyway...thanks for trying to answer :)

what is the "new" rubiks 4x4 and 5x5's anyway? heard about them but dont kno the difference. do they turn better, cut corners better or what?

The 4x4 centers have been boosted for durability and apparently the 5x5 doesn't need the same breaking in as the older ones did. My cubes will be in by the end of the week and I'll give my personal opinion then.

New Rubik's 5x5x5

I got a new Rubik's 5x5x5 from rubiks.com on October 06. It was surprisingly easy to break in. I've heard that Rubik's take a long time to break in. I am not sure if I have one of the newer versions but the one I have is a lot better than a eastsheen in my opinion.
