directly solve them..using for example, niklas. r U' l' U r' U l and its mirrors and variants. and you should know opp niklas too, r2 U' l2 U r2 U' l2.
and of course mock tricks like r2 u2 r2 u2...or even stuff like double niklas (r U' l' U r' U2 r U l U' r' U2). with setups, l' E l U2 l' E' l U2 might be useful too. perhaps figure out a methodology to do them fast...note that niklas needs no setup moves except for the U layer =/
my first step would definitely to look at the U center, and find an B center piece to solve (you can do this by mirroring niklas to the back..can be done without rotations), followed by an F one to solve..and the rest systematically, finishing one center at a time.
EDIT, uh, i suck at k4ll. but was able to get at least a sub 1:30 single so far...
