4x4 inner layers

I have a YJ MGC 4x4 and I like the way the outer layers turn but the inner layers (wide moves and pll parity) are too slow for me. Is there a way that I could speed up the inner layers without changing the speed of the outer ones?

Not really, but you may want to put a fast lubricant in the inner layers and try not to get it into the outer layers. A recommendation for a fast lubricant could be dnm-37, mystic, stardust, or lunar
