Hmm. I might have to come back to this scramble later. The premoves R' U' R' U2 R2 U R gave a 2 2-cycle of corners. But unfortunately even the optimal solution (from Cube Explorer) to that 2 2-cycle is like 17 moves. So this post is mainly for the following. Someone else try Filipe's scramble, or I will try again later.

I solved this in three different ways. All solutions are 16 STM.

Scramble:
M' U M' U2 M U M' U' M2 U' M' U' M' U' M' U2 M U' M U M U

Solution 1
//Aim to solve the UF and UB edges simultaneously
M2 U M2

U2 M U //conjugates
U M U M' U M U M'//Special 3-cycle
U' M' U2//inverse of conjugates

Solution 2
//From solution 1, we can orient the three edges which remain after M2 U M2 with the following.
M' U (M' U2 M U2) U' M

//Now do M2 U M2
M2 U M2

//We have a simple oriented 3-cycle remaining
U' M' (M' U2 M U2) M U

Solution 3
//Premoves
U' M U M' U M2

//Correct centers and create a 3-cycle
M2 U' M2 U M2

//Solve that 3-cycle
M U //Conjugates
U M' U M U M' U M //special 3-cycle
U' M' //inverse of conjugates

Cool but is that something you would do in a normal roux solve?
My method is standard eo / lr / middle slice
I never solved with Roux. So probably not. I look at how each short algorithm affects the cube and then I compile them all together. I am not using any predefined alg sets. (All of these short algs I have come up with on the fly.)

as i'm roux noob i do things inefficiently, but I want to learn some tricks and eventually EOLR
I love roux <3
I'm bad at arrow cycling, gotta learn that
maybe should focus on that this week

in roux speedsolving I learned to EO then solve DF/DB and epll, yeah its a bad habit

Wow, that was hard.

I will break this down via a derivation instead of an outline.

[1] Set the goal to apply Sune to fix this pure twist of corners (disregarding the effects on the edges). Two of the corners are in place for such an application of sune.

Apply the following five moves to put in place the third (UBL) corner in its location (in the same misorientation direction corners UFL and UFR are in).
R2 U R U' R

[2] Now apply that Sune.
R2 U R U' R
U2 R U R' U R U2 R'

[3] It's clear that Edge UF and Edge UB are in a 2-cycle with each other. Do the following 2 2-cycle to solve them. We conjugate with the move R to prevent unsolving edge FR.

R2 U R U' R
U2 R U R' U R U2 R'
R U2 R2 U2 R2 U2 R2 R'
[Link]

[4] We now observe the remaining four unsolved edges (which are in a 2 2-cycle). We can do an insertion earlier in the algorithm. The setup moves which enclose the base algorithm will force some move cancellations.

R2 U

//Insertion
R2 U' R'//Setup
R2 U2 R2 U2 R2 U2//Base
R U R2//Inverse Setup

R U' R
U2 R U R' U R U2 R'
R U2 R2 U2 R2 U2 R2 R'
