I can't comment on any of the other categories, but I'd like to nominate Yiheng vs Khanani for the biggest rivalry.

I went to a competition that he was in, and his whole family pulled up with shirts that said something along the lines of "0.92 world record, no extras needed."

Because of there not being very many nominations for that category, I’ve combined best cubing parent and couple into “Best Cubing Family”. In the future this may be a better way to do it, because it also opens up the door to people like the Weyer twins
