If everything is solved except for the LL corners, you need to learn 40-something formula to solve it in one step. Is there a 2-look COLL with reduced number of formula?

Yep.
First orient edges (I assume you know how to do it), then orient corners (7 algs); this is called 2-look OLL
After those you permute corners (3 algs) and of course edges too (4algs); this is called 2-look PLL.

I assume that you've tried this but to help your "2-look COLL", there is no "shortcut" to learn full COLL in 1 step. If you want to solve COLL in 2 steps then you'll stick with 4LLL

2 look OLL means first you do the top cross,
and then you choose from 7 algorithems to get the full yellow side.

Then u need to learn 2 algorithms of edges (3 way cycles)
and 2 algorithms of corners (3 way cycle)

two look COLL would probably be these two steps and they would be slightly helpful when you use edge-control (or get really lucky and end up with 4 solved edges after F2L) and see that the edges are permuted correctly.

Edge-Safe corner-OLL: 7 algs
1: Sune, replace with Niklas
2: Anti-Sune, replace with Anti-Niklas
3: Double-Sune, F (R U R' U')*3 F'
4: Tripple-Sune, already edge-safe or use R' F' L' F R F' L F
5: Head-Lights, R2 D' R U2 R' D R U2 R
6: I don't know the name for this one, R' F' L F R F' L' F
7: Man: I don't know an edge-safe alg (R U2 R2 U' R2 U' R2 U2 R)

Second step would be edge-safe corner PLL
1: A-Perm for a corner 3 cycle
2: Other A-Perm for a corner 3 cycle in the other direction
3: E-Perm for adjacent double corner swap
4: H-Perm for diagonal double corner swap

That would make 11 algs in total and you already know most of them

(I don't think COLL belongs in the beginners forum. You can already see that eragg0 and especially GalPro don't really know the answer to your question)
