two look COLL would probably be these two steps and they would be slightly helpful when you use edge-control (or get really lucky and end up with 4 solved edges after F2L) and see that the edges are permuted correctly.
Edge-Safe corner-OLL: 7 algs
1: Sune, replace with Niklas
2: Anti-Sune, replace with Anti-Niklas
3: Double-Sune, F (R U R' U')*3 F'
4: Tripple-Sune, already edge-safe or use R' F' L' F R F' L F
5: Head-Lights, R2 D' R U2 R' D R U2 R
6: I don't know the name for this one, R' F' L F R F' L' F
7: Man: I don't know an edge-safe alg (R U2 R2 U' R2 U' R2 U2 R)
Second step would be edge-safe corner PLL
1: A-Perm for a corner 3 cycle
2: Other A-Perm for a corner 3 cycle in the other direction
3: E-Perm for adjacent double corner swap
4: H-Perm for diagonal double corner swap
That would make 11 algs in total and you already know most of them
(I don't think COLL belongs in the beginners forum. You can already see that eragg0 and especially GalPro don't really know the answer to your question)
