I have built a 5x5 Ghost Cube using Joachim Solborg's 3D Printable Extensions.
I am however a bit lost when it comes to solving it, I have the following question:
Is there a way to solve a 5x5 Supercube's Front, Left, Right and Back centers layer by layer?
As you can see in the picture, these...
Hello everyone, this is my first post here.
I have encountered the following situation in the image while solving a 4x4 axis cube, but let's just treat it as a super cube.
I would like to ask whether anyone knows of an algorithm that swaps two diagonally opposite cubies on the last center of a...
I'm not sure if this belongs here or not, or if it's blindingly obvious or whatnot. I was just watching Superantoniovivaldi's video series about his 7x7 ghost cube solve and I had the thought that edge parity and "center parity" are inextricably linked. As in, if you had all the centers in...
Hey guys,
I have an interesting problem I was hoping the greater minds here could help me with.
I'm wondering how I'd go about calculating the number of possible permutations for a 5x5 picture cube... Except this 'super cube' only has pictures on five of its six sides (The sixth side is...
A little while ago, cuBerBruce found the following four (34 qtm, 26 ftm) move solutions with k-solve:
Rw U Rw' U Rw' U' Rw2 U Rw2 U2 Rw' U2 Rw U2 Rw' U2 Rw' U Rw' U' Rw U Rw' U2 Rw U2
Rw' U' Rw U' Rw U Rw2 U' Rw2 U2 Rw U2 Rw' U2 Rw U2 Rw U' Rw U Rw' U' Rw U2 Rw' U2
Rw' U' Rw U' Rw U' Rw2 U2 Rw2...

I'll start off, well, I decided to lube my other stickerless Zhanchi with vaseline for the heart attack when I tell cubers, turns out I have rainbow coloured vaseline now because it ate so much of my cube.
I use Andy Klise's 5x5 guide algorithms. To exchange two edge pieces I use:
Lw' U² Lw' U² F² Lw' F² Rw U² Rw' U² Lw²
Unfortunately this doesn't work for a Rubenking 5x5 because it messes up the centres. Are there suggestions for an alternative algorithm?
