Whenever I try to assemble my QJ 2x3x3, for some reason the screw won't be screwed. I push it down and twist it, but it never works. Does anybody know how to help? Thanks

Hi, my GuHong will often loosen itself, and an entire side will end up falling off. Even happened when I was about to get really good solves. Has anybody else had this problem? And if so, what should I do?

I have had my guhong for a while, and even after I lubed it with lubix, it feels very slow. I want it to be about as fast as haiyan memory/A-V. Any help? I got this cube off of amazon.com.
