Despite what I've written previously, I won't be pissed if they rule in your favor. You totally deserve this record, but I also would like to see you do it without any controversy. I honestly feel bad that you have to be in this situation. I can't imagine the emotional roller-coaster.
Either way, I'll be waiting eagerly for your next comp to see you break it again.

The WCA is not a form of government, It is a system based on the honor system. If the stop watch used to time inspection is correct and according to it, it is still under 15, then the record should stand. Video evidence is not needed for a world record, so it should not be used as proof, unless a cuber uses a incompetent judge that is not paying attention to cheat. Clearly he did not cheat on purpose and the judge is defiantly competent to judge the solves.
