I do use LBL my method is solve one side then solve the middle then the last 3 edges then the tips.
IDK on the average time.

That doesn't sound like LBL to me. You solve 3 centers, then insert the edges F2L style, and then L3E. And tips somewhere in the middle. I can get around 10 seconds with LBL (I haven't practiced recently though).
