Check out this video: http://www.speedsolving.com/forum/s...ricks-(Cross-F2L-OLL-PLL)&p=722219#post722219 particularly the f2l section as you regrip way too much. Also, you, like many other cubers around your time seem to look ahead at the wrong time. I know you are looking ahead, but you are doing so way too late and therefore needing to stop. I am planning on making a vid about it soon and I will post it here when I am done. Also, you need to work on recognition and execution of last layer as they seem to be a little unrefined and you could easily cut 2 seconds out there. Good job though dude.
