You can use your thumb, pushing anywhere, or use your index finger (you need to grip hard or you'll drop the cube, in either way).
Index just push ULF.

How in the world does this work? Where would you put your thumb?
It seems like it would just be x U', which isn't F'.
To me it seem like the only good way to do this is with your thumb.

U: Left index finger pushes the BLU piece back.
D: Ring finger flick
F: Thumb pushing the corner up
B: Change hand position and use ring
R: Ring
L: Cube rotation then index
M: Table abuse
r': Standered pinky
l: R then cube rotation
U2: Double U' but I have been working on a U2 that pulls the UBR piece to the ULF place.

I average 30 but could be sub 20 if I knew full OH 2LLL.

Maybe: support the bottom of the cube with your pinky, and then just push down on the ULF sticker with your index finger.

Um, I said the only good way to do it is with your thumb. He said that he did it with his index finger, which was what I was questioning.

That would be really really really awful lol

RU algs are rotated by z' to be UL. So R U' R U R U R U' R' U' R2 becomes U L' U L U L U L' U' L' U2.

U = index flick on BRU
U' = index push on RUB
U2 = U U / index-middle
D = ring push on RDB
D' = ring flick on BRD
D2 = D' D' / ring-pinky
F = x U / y L
B = x' U / y' L
R = z' U
L = pinky flick on FDL / index push on BUL
L' = pinky push on BLD
L2 = L' L' / z U2
M = table, index push on BU
M' = table, ring flick on BD
M2 = M' M'
r = z' u
l = same as L but pushing on M slice rather than L layer

Left hand:

U = index pushing on LBU
U' = index pulling on BLU
U2 = 2 x U'

R = ring finger pulling on BRD
R' = ring finger pushing on FRD (or z' U')
R2 = 2 x R

F = thumb pulling on DFL

D = ring pulling on BDL
D' = ring pushing on LBD
D2 = 2 x D

Everything else is rotated to the R or U face.
