Do that but with three cubes. I mean, have 3 cubes scrambled, then juggled two in one hand while solving the other, then switch, repeat, switch, repeat.
I've been working on doing that myself, but my method for juggling two balls in one hand isn't the best. I toss the ball behind the one coming down, curving it back to me.
