Yea it was full step. Looked like FRUR'U'F' to me into some pll. Too lazy to watch it a second time and try and see. From what I saw it wasn't like an easy 2 move cross. Congrats! Sick solve/reaction

It must suck to be Rowe Hessler who got his WR on the same day as Faz. (I know it wasn't an official WR, but you get the point.)

I see no reason for it not to. His solve was prior to Nipats. Just because it wasn't on the site as fast doesn't mean a thing I think.
