Hi,

Pls forgive my bad English.

I just got my brand new Alpha V (that you guys recommended. Thanks!!), and I think I've mastered the beginners technique.

I want to go to next step. Which technique should i learn now, and where is the best place to learn?

Thnx alot!

Thanks everybody.

About the time thing, my best time yet is like 5 minutes, so guess anything will consider an improvement.

My advice for you is to keep practising the method you currently use. Do it until you understand it properly and can do quick-ish solves with it (under a minute) this will give a basis of knowledge about the cube which will help when learning CFOP, Petrus, Roux etc.

I would highly recommend learning Petrus, it's fun, challenging and can be a fast method if you're good.

Good luck

I second learning Petrus on the grounds of being a very fun method. Roux is also very fun as well.

I agree that you should continue practicing the beginner method, especially if your pb is 5 minutes. You could easily get a sub 2 minute average with this method. It's better that you keep practicing and get to know and understand the way the cube works before moving on to petrus or whichever method you choose.
