Everyone who seems to care about this issue are slow people who generally want something to put the blame on for their cubing speed. Just get a Regular GuHong and break it in yourself. Anyone who pays over $25 for a 3x3 is crazy...Besides, unless you're averaging sub 12, I really don't see the point in getting an expensive cube. Practice > Cubes

I dont know if your particularly fast since you have not post a 3x3 average video in a long time. But I guess your around 15-16 seconds. I dont think 18-19 averages are really that slow which is what I get.

Tell them its your stuff that you paid for so you can do what you want to it. Why would you tell you parents you broke a cube? The cube my parents know that I broke, they found them. But they understood since my dad could solve it back in the 80's and he broke a rubix brand trying to make it better.

Well I, personally, wouldn't give much credit to a cuber who can't correctly spell Rubik's. It's not all that much effort, just an extra three keys to hit. Tbh a lot of your posts in this thread contain grammar errors. The way you present yourself is how people interpret you. Especially here on the internet where we'll never meet most of the people we talk to. Proper spelling and grammar is like wearing a suit to a job interview. It makes you look better. Your posts are more like a khakis and button down post. You made the attempt but in the end fell short.

"Fast" is sub13, imo. Anyone can sub20 with enough time.

Who? Faz? Rowe? The very best in the world yea sure but for most people that's not possible. Consistent sub-10 cubers have skills most people can't even fathom. Or rather, have developed their skill to a depth we can't fathom. Give an Elite to someone who's 60+ seconds and it won't make much of a difference since they can't utilize it's potential. Give a Rubik's brand to a sub-10 solver and it won't make much of a difference since they rely on incredible amounts of skill and ability and not they cube they're using.
