I just want to know what do you do for warm-up before your solves if you do anything... I'm asking, because whenever I take my cube, my fingertricks just seem bad to me :(

Maybe try gloves? There's a famous Dutch piano player who uses gloves at lot. He says that normally it would take him several minutes to warm up and play like normal, but when he wears gloves (and takes them of before playing), he can play like normal right away. I never tried it for cubing, but it could work.

He didn't want to bump that thread, have a problem with that?

If he had read those threads, he may not have needed to make a post on the topic. And even if he did, nobody gets flamed for bumping a thread if there is actually a reason for the bump. It is just when somebody bumps a months-old thread just to make a useless statement that either has already been said earlier in that thread or isn't even directly related to the topic that the bumper gets flamed.

Sometimes I solve a very bad cube like a rubik's 4x4. The size and bad quality of that makes my 3x3 feel great.
Also, after lifting some weights, my cube feels very light and fast.

Starting with a solved cube I like to do (R' F R U) until it solves again, then do some Sunes, Anti Sunes, and a few other random OLL's and PLL's. Just at a comfortable speed, not trying to strain or go too fast.

mini-bump

I usually do a few solves on my rubiks brand 3x3x3, then I watch the 3x3x3 WR single video on youtube. That video seems to make me go faster in my solves, not sure why. Then I start my solves and usually a little later I end up setting a new PB.
When I don't watch the video, my solves are 3-5 seconds faster, and I don't end up setting a PB
