Time for cross + first pair

How long does it take you to solve the cross and the first pair (average of [big number])? And how does this compare to your average time for solving the entire cube?

Cross: 2 - 4 seconds
First F2L pair: 6 - 8 seconds
F2L: 18 - 20 seconds
Average: 30 - 32 seconds
Using 4 look LL
I can't do an average of, It's 22:00, people are trying to sleep :/
I need to work on look ahead.

So, cross + F2L 1 takes 20% - 25% of my solve time.
