SAFE way to remove QJ 4x4 tiles

hi, my name is Idiot. I was trying to remove my tiles, and I stabbed my finger.

But srsly.
I was trying to cut off the tiles, with my box cutter/exacto knife, and at the 4th one, I stabbed my finger -_-. The superglue on that stuff is insane, so I was wondering if there was a safer approach to doing this.... My dad said "Use the dremel and sand off the tiles!" and "Use WD-40!" (Dunno how that would work).

Hopefully I can get some answers

Dip it into a hard boil for a few minutes. This should melt the glue a bit. Then take off some tiles. Put back in, take off tiles. Repeat.

I found a scrape-rite blade works really well. So does a tack (sometimes)

I looked at the title thinking that you were going to tell us the safe way to remove tiles.

Kitchen knife. They don't cut like blades. It's harder to hurt yourself (or the cube) but you get the same results.

I used sandpaper.

Its not really the residue left over from stickers...
it's litteraly dried up superglue.
