I'm having alot of trouble with the corner parity for the 4x4x4 where the 2 corners are flipped and could use a good algorithm.

I've tried:
U2*, 2L*, 2U, 2l, 2U, 2L*, 2U*, F', U', F, U, F, R', 2F, U, F, U, F', U', F, R - All it did was mess up the cube =/

Learn OLL and PLL so you won't have to learn more than 2 parity algorithms. One for edge orientation and one for edge permutation. It also makes you better at 3x3.

The only parity algorithms you need for 4x4 are Permutation Parity and Orientation Parity.

In any given solve you may have to use none, one, or both. After you've applied them you can solve it like a normal 3x3.

First their switched not flipped and just do 2r 2U 2r 2U* 2r 2u, then youll have a T or F perm

F R U' R' U' R U R' F' U (r2 U2 r2 Uw2 r2 Uw2) U R U R' U' R' F R F'.

This swaps two diagonal corners (UFR and UBR).
Actually this consists of the first part of Y-Perm, then a U, parity alg, another U, second half of Y-Perm.

Hope this helps :)
