Idea for new type 3x3x3, what do I do now?

I would suggest going to PrintTo3D or shapeways and getting a prototype made, then contact a plastic making company about mass producing. I would only venture into this if you have enough money for it.($5,000-10,000)

How much would it take to make a 3d prototype?

If you know how to contact him (address and language). Haiyan is here and known to understand English. Also, it would've been good if you had said that instead of just strongly warning of Haiyan.

Nah, the main point really was the missing alternative. If you just say "Don't contact Haiyan", that suggests there's something actually negative about him. Saying "I suggest to contact GuoJia instead of Haiyan" is much better, helpful and not decrying.
