So I've finally reached sub-30 and most people in here have convinced me that going sub-20, 4-look LL is not fast enough, so I am going full PLL.
As for PLL algorithms, there's a ****-a-ton of them, but what really makes it difficult for me to start is deciding which permutations I should start learning.
The mean reason is because I want a systematic categorization of them.
At first I thought I was gonna learn the permutations that have the highest chance of showing up but that really isn't a good approach.
I have noticed that there's a lot of permutation algorithms that look almost identical or are mirrored, so I'm gonna try learning those first.
Which permutations would you recommend learning first?
I am currently using badmpehisto's list of PLLs.
I already know U(a), U(b), Z, H and A(a)-permutation from 2-look-PLL.
I noticed that there is virtually no difference between the algorithms for the T-permutation and the J(b)-permutation so I am going to try and learn those first.
Which permutations would you recommend learning first?
Which permutations did you learn first when going full PLL?
NOTICE: I know that there's a lot of different algorithms for the same permutations, but if you know any algorithms that are very similar to each other when doing PLLs I would be glad to learn the ones you got.
