Ok, I have a request. You see I am helping put together a booklet about cubing. I think it would be pretty cool if some speed cuber (preferably world record holder) to say a few words and the book. The book's title is "Cubic fun" (don't embarrass me over that), and you just need to say something like " Cubic fun is the best book in the world!!!!!!!" I'm sorry if I bothered anyone, but I personally think it is a good idea.

I'm definitely not a great speedcuber, but I wouldn't say something like that if I haven't read the book first.

Show us what's in the booklet so we can honestly comment on it.

The book is not finished yet.

Then finish it first.

Its not a good idea for people to be saying stuff about a book they've never seen or read before.

''Although I have never read this book, I have to admit that the book 'Cubic Fun' is one of the most influential books of the twentieth-first century.''

-Rama

"This book helped me save my marriage, win back the love of my children, and become sub-20." - Cyrus Colah (has not really read this book)

Something like that?

Good idea: You know how books sometimes have reviews by Newsweek and popular news things? Why not get a review by Cubing Weekly?

I'm interested in the book though.

"If the author of this book had not been working on it, then by the butterfly effect, things would probably not have aligned the same way in the scramble generator for my official personal record. Thus, I owe a deep gratitude to this book for enabling me to become 11th in the world."
-Lucas Garron

"This book may just be the book I'm looking for. Or... maybe not, considering I do not know the contents. I assure you that at least one person will read it, granting it is better than Dan Harris' book"

Btw, there already is a book, made by Dan Harris, who is far more experienced than you. Make sure you know hat you're talking about inside the book. Perhaps make a website (eg, weebly/webs) with a preview.

Also just finish the book. Then you can ask for all the testimonials you want.

"This book helped me get a sub-9 average. At least it would have, if the author had released it before getting me to write this. Oh well, it looks like I'll never read it."

The popularity of the book should be inversely proportional to your average time. So you need to introduce who you are and your credentials if you want people to read it.

I mean how many people would want to read a speedcubing book by me :fp.

Top speedcubers should stop cubing for a while and start writing some books, like Dan Harris.

Owen post it hear or pm me and I'll right something serious on it. I'm not much of a big cuber but I don't think I'm that bad.
I was actually thinking about booklets I could print off for the cube club I'm attempting to start at my highschool and I'll probably have some middleschoolers also.

"Cubic fun is the sole reason I broke the Pyraminx North American Record this past weekend and also got an official 3x3 sub 10. It had absolutely nothing to do with easy scrambles or getting lucky. I can't wait to actually read the book!"
