I really don't know. I live in Adelaide, SA. I am blessed with a VISA debit card, verified PAYPAL account and Ebay access.

I also have an Amazon account but they really suck at cubes. Only sell Rubik brand 2x2 to 5x5 cubes.

Try this. If you know someone who can buy cubes online, pay cash to the account holder, they order the cubes for you and when they arrive, they give the cubes to you. I've ordered many items online for others who don't have online buying access.
