Megaminx. . . Get faster instantly?

Ok i have a mefferts megaminx but i didn't like the tiles or color scheme. i averaged 3:09 minutes but now I average 2:49 after i just restickered it. Do you think the new color scheme helped or is it just me?

P.S. USE ADVANCED F2L AND S2L IT DROPS TIME TREMENDOUSLY!

Oh just solve it 5-6 times and they should all fall off nicely. Maybe drop it from a height of 1-2 inches if they are really stuck on there.
