Getting faster at the megaminx

i recently got to the 4 minute mark at the megaminx. I really want to keep constant though. I use a fridrich type method for it. Does anyone know a really fast method or will it just take practice to get sub 3 minutes?

I went from sub 5 to sub 3:10 in one day. (my only official solve doesnt count D: )

You just need to have a fast last layer, and practice everything else.
