No it was an OLL skip. He performed a J perm at the end.

He really did seem to react to that OLL skip and J perm very fast..

Other than that..I really like his F2L...really smooth turning..very professional..just his LL needs some work and learning full OLL

yeah...he used a fake scramble, which is why they purposely had crappy lighting, not showing the computer screen.

Sure, one can see cubetimer, but there's probably a text file hidden at the bottom of the computer that we can't see, or a paper he's reading from. :|

I'm sorry, but I'm not going to believe that after 4 17's a 5 will magically appear. Even if the solve was extremely easy, I doubt his recognition would be that fast. I guess it's possible that it could be a legit solve, but extremely unlikely.

I think that he's for real. He just has a really fast reaction time which is evident in the way he solves is f2l so well.
