Okay so i have wanted a great 4x4 forever and have never really had one, maybe gone through about 4-5 or so in my life and last year or so i had a great ES then lost it at comp and forever didnt even have a 4x4 and just a few days ago finally got a new mefferts 4x4 which was awesome and immediately start avging 54 and new pb single. and today after just 2 days of usage it breaks... the part of the corner peice snapped off today and it is screwed so i was wondering if there is AAAAANYONE out there who knows AAAAAANY sites with spare pieces? :(

thanks.

I have a LOT of spare pieces. But I'm afraid of shipping to Canada (costs and possibly getting lost in the mail).

Or...
You can try Dealextreme. They a cloned Mefferts for ~10 USD. Those pieces will fit in your Mefferts 4x4 easily.

You could use a rubik's 4x4 corner, at least temporarily. I tried it with the newer rubik's to see how it was and it seemed fine.

Nope i tried it and it was horrible :(

Oh really..? I took one corner and edge out and replaced them with rubik's just to test it out and I didn't see anything wrong with it. Although I didn't actually solve it, just scrambled it with a few turns.

He's talking about center pieces.

Oh, well he didn't say that....

I'm stupid. I automatically assumed that because center pieces are the easiest to break.

To Derrick, Meffert's will probably send you a piece the first time you have a problem with it. I had a piece that broke and they sent a free center and edge. But I had a second piece that broke later on, and they just ignored my e-mails. But hey, they were nice enough to even send a piece the first time.

O, then e-mail deal extreme, and then they will send you a new cube. Its happened to me twice.

yeah trying that now but if you contact them through the help services there is a place to report about broken stuff etc but they want a picture and i cant get one. so how should i email them? i tried [email protected] will i get a good response from that? or who should i email. thanks a LOT really

It is true, once the dogsled takes over at the border, it is anyone's guess as to whether it will actually make it to the destination address. I haven't seen mail from out of country in years. Thought maybe we were the only ones left. Hold on.. there is a knock at my igloo.

Okay, i am back. It was just a refrigerator salesman. I bought two.

Derrick: When are you coming to a competition again? Its been a long time.

I should be able to go to CO in september and hoping REALLY bad, but it looks like i should just GIVE UP on my hopes of practicing 4x4 and getting NR because life and the whole world is against me it seems to just get one damn good 4x4 for god sakes :(
