My son got a gan cube yesterday, he was practicing with it, it just seems to explode into pieces. I've looked up how to put it back together but quickly realised there's an edge piece missing. Is it possible to get replacement parts?

If you live in the US or don't mind paying international shipping for just a spare part, you can email theCubicle and they will likely be able to sell you an edge for $2 or so

Thank you, I'm in UK.
Thanks, I've sent a message to them.
As from what I’ve checked, shipping to UK is less than $5. Also I’d recommend getting some premium setup puzzles to ship along as they are quite cheap compared to the Cubicle and very high quality as well, and you got to save some shipping costs. I’d personally recommend their premium setup shengshou clock. It has been known that the shengshou or any other clocks cannot really be compared to the qiyi as the qiyi is just so good. However, I have a pi cube premium setup shengshou clock and I can say that it pretty much turns as good as a stock qiyi, and the price after 40% off is even cheaper than a stock shengshou clock at the Cubicle. The pi premium shengshou clock has weaker springs and 3d printed pins which completely change the story of the shengshou clock. Also, not many cube shops out there are actually selling premium setup clocks. Also if you son doesn’t already have a good clock, I’d really recommend the premium ShengShou. It is still a lot cheaper than the qiyi and clock is a very good event to get into for your son especially if he plans to join comps as it is easier to get into with no algorithms required, and it is not that hard to get fast at clock if you have nice clock hardware. I have a pi cube premium shengshou, picube premium qiyi and a stock qiyi. Of course the premium qiyi performs the best, but it is far more expensive. Comparing their premium shengshou clock to a stock qiyi, I actually think that the shengshou performs slightly better than the stock qiyi, and that’s why I recommend it the most.
The pi premium clocks have impressed me the most out of all of the pi premium puzzles I’ve got from them, such as the premium rs3m2020 with strong magnets and anti slipping coating, premium yj Mgc Elite 2x2…
