you might try Ebay, I have seen several Valk Elite cubes being sold on there over the past couole years
tho those were mostly stickerless versions as I recall
you might also try reaching out to Qiyi Toys by messaging them through their website or social media
it is also possible you might find one at Cubezz.com or HKNowStore, they both carry a fair number of older cubes
