hello, I have started learning 2look OLL and PLL, I am haveing lots of trouble memorizing the E-Perm, It would be great if anyone had alternetive algs/ memorization tips.

I would suggest not worrying about "memorizing" anything, but just repeating the alg until it is in your muscle memory.
However, if you need one that is easy to memorize, x' R U' R' D R U R' D' R U R' D R U' R' D', is relatively simple and fast.

there's a new one that fanwuq and Robert-Y found and I really like especially for 4x4 and 5x5, it's also very easy to remember >

But it's fast to perform as it has easy triggers in it. I admit that I still use the standard E-Perm for 3x3x3, but for bigger cubes I find the one above much better.
Also the OP was looking for one that was easier to remember.

Yep, that one is easy to learn, and if it's fast enough for Erik it's fast enough for me.
If R U' R is like inserting an F2L pair, and R U R' is like ejecting one, a chunked way of memorizing it is:
(Insert) D (Eject) D' (Eject) D (Insert) D'

To me is my alg good too. Cause it's just like many OLL-s that I know. You turn the 2x2 block away, other down, first one back, then left row down and almost the same what before, but you put them in. After that just r2 to remember and you see the solution very easily.
