L F'L B²L'F L B²L²

That is my algorithm. I think that it is in fairly wide use. How is a good way to do the B2L2 at the end. Right now, I would grab the BL Column, but something usually gets stuck.
Any suggestions?

That's an odd mirror of what is the "standard" algorithm. What I use, for you're exact case is y2 x R' U R' D2 R U R' D2 R2. The R turns are a little bit faster, and I think you can work with this for nice finger tricks.

Further explaination

Sorry, I didn't explain anything. I was just showing the algorithm. I use that one more because I cube left handed. I don't do the inverse for the other one, but y and the mirror. In both cases I need to get some faster way to do B2L2, or B2R2, or D2R2, or whatever. How do many people do that?

I do it in a slightly wierd way that I have found works nicely for me. I of course do it right handed, you can easily mirror, it goes something like:

l' U z' U' R2 U L' U' R2' U2

The " U z' U' " are kind of done in one swift movement.
