It's just a coincidence. That is a BLD alg, and just swaps the corners, which also just happens to be one way to do that OLL/ZBLL. It's a completely legit BLD solution except for the fact it is staged, the algs aren't anything out of the ordinary. Though the edge alg/algs might not be used in solves, it doesn't look like 3-style, but I could be wrong.
