I searched for 30 minutes and couldn´t find anything good on a 6-color cube on that scramble while using the 3-color method. By good I mean a solution length of at most scramble length + 2 moves, meaning at most 11 moves on this scramble. The best I could find in that time frame were two 12-movers (see example 2 and 3), missed optimal by 3 moves.
