Grouping WCA events for efficient practicing?

So this is a bit of an odd thread, but basically I was wondering:
If someone were to practice and become good at all the WCA events (such a Megdal), what would be the best way of grouping the events in order to practice them most efficiently. For example, instead of practicing just one event individually, you could practice a group of events and get better at all of them simultaneously (because I know that practicing something such as 6x6, will also improve on your 5x5 times cause they are very similar events).

Thanks to anyone who can help.
