whats most efficient way to start look ahead

need help on learning look ahead for 3x3 I know nothing about it because its not an alg to learn, so, how to start?

Break the habit of watching what your currently doing.

Do you know F2L yet? If you know F2L do some slow untimed solves. When it's time to insert an F2L pair close your eyes and do it blind. Open your eyes find the next pair - do it blind again.

Do a couple solves closing your eyes for the f2l algs. Then do some solves eyes open but looking around for the next pair. Don't watch what your currently doing.

if you know F2L, solve your cross untimed and watch a corner piece and edge.
inspect the cube and try to solve the first 2 F2L slots with your eyes shut/blindfolded

I would suggest the Feliks way to get used to lookahead.

You can use a metronome app at a slower tempo and turn at a uniform TPS to improve your lookahead.
