Is this good look ahead?

Ok so I've been arguing with myself not knowing if my look ahead is getting good or not because I've been practicing it for hours a day for a few days now and I don't know if I'm making progress or if my look ahead is atleast starting to be good or not. I would say your lookahead is good, but your F2L solutions are bad. You also have many rotations and regrips. I would suggest learning better F2L solutions and trying to keep regrips and rotations to a minimum.

Agreed with this. I didn't look too closely at the solutions themselves, but tightening those up goes hand-in-hand with strong look-ahead.

It’s better to learn better algs for F2L before “perfecting” lookahead. Perfect lookahead is nothing with bad solutions. Also, perfect lookahead means having to turn at close to 100% speed while not pausing, which for most solvers, is impractical since you can focus on prediction instead.

Yeah I shouldn't have said "perfect" lookahead I just meant get pretty good, but I dont know if I have trained it enough yet to move on. What should I do?
