World Record Holder Shows How He Solves A 7x7x7 Rubik's Cube

Very good and underrated video on how this small underrated guy can help you get to wr on 7x7. Booyah!!!

Actually I don’t know if it’s good @Jared Burkhart do you approve of this video
He is good at Cubing but not really explaining.
I like the video so far, but it took him 3 minutes to explain his first center.
But if he explained how his look ahead is as insane as it is and helped you with that as well as finger tricks then you can get pretty decent times based off of this video!
But for my attention span I think there are shorter videos that are better than this
Edit:
I am not doing well at all for 7x7 but the thing that you can learn most from him is how he preserves chunks.
I will try that tomorrow if I have time!
Thanks for the reference @Martyt7777

My bad again.
He took 13 minutes to explain what he does. He showed his techniques
Here is a quick review on how to solve 7x7
1. During your first two centers, preserve as much bars as you can.
2. Once the f2c are solved, begin pairing your 3 edges. This is the standard Yau approach.
3. Solve 3 rows of your 3rd and 4th centers. This helps with look ahead and efficiency.
4. Solve the last two rows of your 3rd center, this eliminates all the pieces from the "3rd" center and allows a quicker "4th" center.
5. He solves the last two centers differently from me, but if I remember correctly he solved the middle first, and worked his way from left to right.
He paired the rest of his edges by free slicing ( using the "E" layers' flexibility to the max) 6. After pairing 8 edges total he restores the "E" layers back to their solved state.
7. Last 4 edges he "swapped" each newly solved pair and stored them in the "E" layer to begin pairing the next set of edges.
After all this he solves 3x3 stage
