If it were a first-time offence, then I would agree, but this has already happened 3 other times, with all of them being the very NEXT post. Which, if he had just looked at any previous posts, he would've seen were already posted. And on NO occasion were they ever posted within minutes of each other, so it can be ruled out that it was posted at a similar enough time he wouldn't have known. Each occasion was hours after, giving plenty of time to realise he shouldn't have posted.
