how to get sub 15 or sub 10 on 3x3

what should i do to get sub 15 or sub 10 i average sub 20 and my cube is the gan 12 maglev

Learn oll bla bla bla. Just work on f2l, lookahead, and rotations

There's a big difference between sub-15 and sub-10 (I am currently averaging around 13.8 or so), but what I did was just learn full OLL and PLL, inserting/solving many different types of pairs in the back, as well as just doing lots of solves.

Both barriers require different magnitude of work,

For sub 15, just work on your solutions and lookahead.

Yes but only from the front and maybe the back too for most of them, which isn't too hard (it gets harder with the other 2 angles)

I didn’t really see many threads on how to be sub-10 on this forums, and most of them are outdated so I made one. Make sure you know the following:
Make Crosses efficiently
Know and be comfortable with advanced F2L
Know Full PLL
Know Full OLL
Be Sub-12
This is the revised version. It will be more sophisticated and comprehensive.

Cross
Make sure you solve the cross in 8 moves or less and can make basic x-crosses. Also be sure to not insert each cross edge one by one and influence other cross edges to insert. Watch some recons or walkthrough solves of top cubers like Yiheng or Matty...

thanks to my good friend arvid
I now know what all of you average (muhahahahahahaha)
but first here are the “requirements”:
be sub-20
know full F2L (atleast the front slot cases)
know full PLL (with the sole exception of @THE_V01DL0RD of course)

1. Learn full OLL
While you can definitely get like sub-12 with 2-look OLL, it’s much better in the long run to learn it at around the 15-17 second barrier. OLL has different names for certain patterns (like “fish shape” or “knight shape”), so I suggest you learn cases according to the sets. As for memorizing algs, see my...
