5x5x5 Superflip gone wrong - Swap Center-Edges

I just tried out some nice patterns on my 5x5x5.

However, when I tried to undo the superflip, something went wrong and all the center-edge pieces ended up swapped.
I can't find this pattern mentioned on any popular sites. Unfortunately, I don't know how to restore the cube (aside from a standard solve) or turn a solved cube into this pattern.

Does anyone have any advice on this?

Thanks! I still have to fiddle around and learn a lot about big cubes to be able to come up with such ideas on my own :)

As a solver who uses the Corners-first method, I am familiar with this 3x3x3 case:

When applying that sequence to the 5x5x5 cube, it is all what is needed for your pattern to be solved (+ cube rotation after each application of the above moves).
