Based on your splits, cross and PLL seem to be your biggest weakness so i will emphasize that.
1. Cross
Don’t rotate for cross. This takes way too long and is a common mistake among people at your skill level. Instead, try using F and B moves for your cross. Your cross should be 10 moves or less, or if you can right now, go straight to 8 move cross solutions. Don’t worry about x-crosses and keyhole, you’ll only need that at a higher level. I suggest watching Jperm’s videos, as well as CubeHead’s cross videos to see what they do, and how you can implement them into your solves. Also, try learning some finger tricks like double flicks and B moves and D moves.
2. F2L
Be super comfortable with intuitive F2L to the point where you dont even look at the pieces. This will help a lot with F2L as you can confidently look away from the pieces, allowing you to see other possible F2L cases. This will improve lookahead. If you find somr cases to be hard, you can learn the algorithm for it.
3. PLL
As you have mentioned above, you are learning Full PLL which is good. After learning full pll, you can use thebestsiteever.ru (best name ever) to train your PLLs.
4. some drills
no.1. Blind planning
Plan your cross, do it blind folded, solve each F2L pair blindfolded (don’t worry you can look at the pair before you solve it) until F2L is finished, then do each step of the Last Layer blindfolded.
5. Boneus
If you can record your solves, I can critique them if you just DM me
