For F2L, I would learn algs for each of the cases. Good Luck!
Edit: for unnecessary turns, slow down TPS just a bit.

Thanks, im doing slow (edit: not slow, untimed) solves and the technique good ol' brodythecuber taught me with thinking before doing ANYTHING with stopping bad habits.
Also, im practicing F2L and lookahead using CsTimer Cross Solved and SpeedcubeDB Practice
Poor turning is just, i dont know tbh

yeah, Slow solves should help with that. Whats your main?

Congrats on pure sub-15 as well!

Just an update on EVERY SINGLE ONE OF my problems after more observation (most important / intense to least)
problems

hesitation on algs, unnessecary u turns / rotations, not recognising correct due to not giving tie
dont know f2l cases well
poor turning

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
poor turning = focus on good turning not fast turning (edit: drill agls)

dont konw f2l cases = memorise them with trainers

hesitation on algs = practice algs lol

unnessecary u turns / rotations = think before doing anything

not recognising = only do algs when 100% sure when correct (edit: drill algs and do recognition and normal trainers)

always implement habits even if it means a pause

practice cross and do jperm's bootcamp as apparently i suck at it 💀

i would also like some tips from yall,

i would also like some tips from yall,
I wouldn't say that just drilling algs is it. Thinking about recognition is key too.
I also used to have spaz turning too lol. Slowing down TPS is good for this. Implementing habits means staying away from bad ones too.

What are your CFOP splits?

Have you tried other 3x3 methods?

I tried roux and thought it was fun but afterwards i kinda disliked the amount of M moves because of finger overworking and the intuitiveness of it. Also I've heard horrid things of zz's ergonomics and lookahead and I couldn't understand the speedsolving wiki's tutorial at all.

Cross: 1.5-2.0 when done right, 3.0-4.0 when doing mistakes which i do often (< 2)
F2L: 6-7 (goal <7.5)
OLL: 2.5 - 4.0 (goal <2.5)
PLL: 2.5 - 3.0 (goal <3.0)

Lookahead and ergonomics are amazing in ZZ lol. Idk who’s telling u theyre bad

ZZ with EOline has bad ergonomics for two handed solving but is fine for one handed. Two handed solvers go for EOcross, which is hard, but the f2l afterwards is really good with no rotations. This also forced me to learn better f2l solutions for certain cases. I think if you get really comfortable with EO, then EOcross won't be too bad.

My problem with Roux was that my f2b was incredibly inconsistent, ranging from slightly faster than CFOP f2l to twice the time.

For cross I like to practice by taking as much inspection time as I need to plan out a solution, then execute it quickly with my eyes closed. Once I've got that going well, I'll mix in some with my eyes open but not looking at the cross, which is somehow a lot more difficult for me.

Oh yeah, I was averaging like 17 seconds until I took a huge break and now I've come back about 2 months ago, i was averaging 25~ at first then one day suddenly my skills clicked back and I was 17 seconds so I kind of suck at cross since I never practiced it enough and I'm doing JPerm's cross bootcamp.

Welp, me is new Felik's! I would like to note my previous pb of 14.21 was also under the same conditions, simulated competition practice. Its stranger then Michelle Khare's chaos cube pb lol.

The 10.99 is (*was i got a 10.88 like 30 minutes later) also my second best solve ever, second to my pb 10.58

My worst possible average was 14.03 then I clutched it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most important to least as always!

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

not looking through all options before doing something = just look through all options and do slow

messing up cross = practice cross and do cross bootcamps and follow along examples

unnessecary u turns / rotations = think before doing anything

always implement habits even if it means a pause
MAKE SURE TO BOOKMARK PIECES (aka remember the state of an f2l piece even if you dont use it right away)

i would also like some tips from yall!!!!
