What's the real PLL skip chance?
Usually, the PLL skip chance is said to be 1/72 (1/6 for CP skip x 1/12 for EP skip)
But.....
A PLL skip is also a 1LLL that happens to be 1/57 standard OLL which means the chance of skipping PLL is 1/3915
So which one is correct? And why?

What you have calculated is the probability of you learning 1 OLL and being able to solve the cube in 1 look using only that alg. You are missing/forgetting? The fact that each 1lll corresponds to 57 OLLs, and when you correct OLL you are reducing the possible cases as the top is solved, to 21 PLLs, the 72 figure is because you can get most PLLs from several angles
